People issues stay with the CEO
You make key people decisions yourself, handle conflicts and support managers. Less time remains for your actual executive responsibilities.
Strategic HR support for SMEs
Strategic people leadership. Support on people matters. Concrete implementation.
In many SMEs, operational HR tasks are organised. But who takes strategic responsibility for people, leadership and organisation?
When demanding people issues land with the CEO, leaders need support, or change is ahead, experienced HR leadership is required. Not necessarily as an additional full-time role.
TaVyro supports CEOs, executive teams and boards as external HR leadership on a mandate basis. Personally, entrepreneurially and with clearly defined responsibilities.
As a Fractional CHRO, TaVyro combines strategic HR, executive sparring and the concrete implementation of agreed measures.
Especially in small and medium-sized companies, people responsibility is often spread across several roles. HR administration works, yet for strategic and demanding questions an experienced sparring and implementation partner is missing.

You make key people decisions yourself, handle conflicts and support managers. Less time remains for your actual executive responsibilities.
02
Recruiting, payroll and people support are organised. An overarching HR strategy, workforce planning and clear prioritisation are missing, however.
03
New employees, additional management layers and rising requirements make previously informal ways of working increasingly demanding.
04
Terminations, conflicts, performance issues, succession questions or sensitive employment-law situations require experience, a structured approach and an independent counterpart.
05
Reorganisations, transformations or strategic shifts require more than concepts: clear responsibilities and consistent follow-through.
06
People and organisation topics directly affect leadership, culture, performance and business risk. An experienced HR perspective at executive level creates additional decision space.
Not every one of these situations requires a full-time HR lead. But each requires clear ownership.
TaVyro combines strategic HR support with practical implementation. The concrete scope follows your company's challenges and the agreed mandate.
Strategic people management must fit the business strategy. TaVyro supports the development of a pragmatic HR strategy and accompanies its concrete implementation.
An HR strategy only creates impact when measures are implemented. TaVyro accompanies the operational embedding of strategic decisions and strengthens the existing HR organisation.
Demanding people questions require experience and an independent perspective. TaVyro supports managing directors and leaders with factual assessment, decision-making and implementation.
People leadership and organisation development are closely linked. TaVyro supports companies in designing effective leadership and decision structures.
Change affects not only structures and processes, but also people, leadership and collaboration. TaVyro accompanies these changes from assessment through to implementation.
TaVyro provides an experienced counterpart for questions that cannot be resolved solely within the organisation.
Classic HR consulting often supports a single project or a specific question.
External HR leadership, depending on the mandate, also takes on a continuous role in steering people and organisation topics.
TaVyro works with the CEO and executive team, prioritises the key challenges, accompanies decisions and assumes agreed responsibility for their implementation.
Existing HR professionals, trustees or external specialists are not necessarily replaced. Rather, tasks, accountabilities and collaboration are organised clearly.
Strategic leadership and concrete implementation belong together.
Not every company needs its own full-time HR lead. Often a continuous, clearly defined involvement at executive level is enough.
In a no-obligation initial call we discuss your most important people and organisation questions, the existing HR structure and the potential support need.
TaVyro familiarises itself with the relevant organisation, processes, policies and starting situation.
Together we define responsibilities, decision paths, priorities and the mandate scope.
The initial effort for familiarisation is agreed transparently in advance and offered separately.
Collaboration takes place in an agreed rhythm with the CEO and executive team.
Depending on the mandate, this includes regular executive sparring, participation in selected executive meetings, support for leaders, steering of HR initiatives and concrete implementation.
The scope is adapted to actual need. Continuous mandates and clearly defined projects are both possible.

External HR leadership assumes, within the agreed scope, responsibility for the strategic leadership and steering of people and organisation topics. It supports the CEO and executive team, develops HR priorities and accompanies their implementation, without requiring an additional full-time role.
Particularly for companies whose people and organisation questions are becoming more complex, yet that do not need a full-time HR lead. This can include SMEs, family businesses, scale-ups or organisations in growth and change. What matters is the leadership need, not headcount alone.
Not necessarily full-time. At around 80 employees, leadership, workforce planning, conflicts and organisation topics can already reach a level of complexity where experienced HR leadership makes sense. External HR leadership can take on this responsibility at the right scope.
Important selection criteria are executive-team experience, knowledge of Swiss employment law, an understanding of SME structures, and the willingness to take responsibility for implementation beyond advice. TaVyro provides this support from Zurich for companies across Switzerland.
Yes. TaVyro accompanies CEOs, executive team members and board members on strategic HR topics, people risks, leadership questions, succession planning and organisational change. The concrete role and decision rights are defined in each mandate.
A first step is clarifying which people decisions truly need to be taken at CEO level and which tasks can be delegated. External HR leadership can support managers, coordinate people topics, prepare decisions and assume agreed responsibility.
An experienced external HR leader can support as an independent sparring partner. TaVyro helps with the factual assessment of difficult people questions, with preparing decisions and with planning next steps. Legally complex specialist questions can, where needed, be clarified with appropriately qualified professionals.
Classic HR consulting is often project- or topic-based. External HR leadership, by contrast, can be continuously embedded in leadership and decision processes and assume agreed responsibility for implementation. Both models can complement each other.
No. HR outsourcing often moves operational tasks such as payroll or HR administration outside the company. External HR leadership by TaVyro focuses on strategic people leadership, decision support, organisation development and the steering of central HR topics.
Interim HR is often used to cover temporary vacancies or transition phases. A Fractional CHRO is typically engaged longer term at a reduced capacity and takes on defined leadership tasks. The models can overlap in practice. What matters are the objective, responsibility and mandate scope.
Yes, external HR leadership can be closely embedded in the executive team and, for example, join executive meetings or take on defined leadership tasks. Formal membership, representation rights and decision authority must, however, be expressly agreed.
What matters is a clear division of tasks between HR administration, line management and strategic HR responsibility. External HR leadership can take on overarching steering and ensure that people and organisation topics are addressed systematically in the executive team.
An existing HR department can perform operational tasks very well without strategic people leadership at executive level being sufficiently covered. TaVyro complements existing resources, supports HR leaders and takes on additional responsibility where experience, capacity or an independent perspective is needed.
The starting point is the business goals and the current HR organisation. From that, priorities, responsibilities, measures and reviewable objectives are derived. TaVyro accompanies not only the development of an HR strategy, but also the steering and implementation of the agreed measures.
Yes. TaVyro supports the further development of organisational structures, changes in leadership, reorganisations and the HR-side accompaniment of growth or transformation. Scope and responsibilities are adapted to the concrete starting situation.
A Fractional CHRO takes on strategic HR and organisation leadership at the agreed part-time capacity. This can include people strategy, sparring for CEO and executive team, HR governance, leadership topics, organisation development and accompaniment of important change processes.
Yes. TaVyro accompanies the further development of HR processes, HR systems, people analytics and the targeted use of digital or AI-supported tools. The concrete benefit for leadership and organisation remains the priority.
It depends on company size, complexity and agreed responsibility. In some situations regular executive sparring is the focus; in others the company needs closer involvement in the executive team plus additional implementation support. The effort is defined in the mandate.
Costs depend on the agreed scope of work and the intensity of collaboration. TaVyro offers different mandate models as well as project-based support. Any initial effort for familiarisation is agreed separately and transparently. Current models and prices are available under Models & Pricing.
It depends on current availability, the starting situation and the familiarisation effort required. In the initial call we clarify what support is needed and what a realistic start can look like. There is no blanket start guarantee.
Confidentiality is part of professional mandate management. Access, information exchange and responsibilities are agreed according to the situation. Where needed, a separate confidentiality agreement can be concluded.
In a roughly 30-minute conversation we discuss the most important people and organisation questions, the current situation and the potential support need. The aim is an initial assessment of whether and in what form collaboration could make sense.
